Service Warranty
All ReStor serviced drives carry 90 days warranty from days of shipment from ReStor Lab.
Warranty is applicable for the same reported problem for which repair was carried out earlier.
Warranty is applicable only when same defect is found or reoccurred in the repaired part/sub-assembly within the warranty period, ReStor will be obliged to undertake repairs again free of cost.
Maximum warranty liability is equivalent to the repair charges of similar category HD.
Warranty Void Condition
Damage caused by abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or negligence.
Damage caused during installation of the disk drive.
Damage caused by the equipment or system with whic thhe disk drive is used.
Damage caused by modification or repair not made or authorized by ReStor.
Disk drives whose ReStor Serial Number and/or Material Number label have been removed, torn or defaced.
Damage caused by improper packaging.
Damage caused by lack of ESD protection.
Drives that are determined stolen.
Service Warranty claim procedure
Please send an email support@restor.co to request for an RMA. Make sure to include all necessary information. model#, serial# date of repair etc. not sure ? get a call back.
An RMA number will issue by email within 3 business days. If you have not received the RMA number or a rejection notice within 3 days, please contact the RMA department at +91-124-4245317
Return items properly packed by a courier with a tracking number. ReStor is not responsible for package lost or delivered to the wrong address.
The RMA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages that do not have the RMA number marked clearly may end up discarded after 14 days without notice.
Customer is responsible for freight returning to ReStor.
